Vertu Honda Nottingham were great because the service we received at Nottingham Honda was absolutely first class, from beginning to end. We would particularly like to commend Ivan Ke, for his great good effort on our behalf and his thoroughly professional management of this sale.
Ivan went to considerable trouble to ensure we were fully appraised of Vertu services and support, including welcome advice on the various of finance and warrantee options. He had an excellent knowledge of the vehicle we expressed interest in and quickly arranged an accompanied test drive. He was pleased to facilitate an inspection of the engine, answered all our questions on the vehicle's history comprehensively and provided a documented record of each service. The vehicle was presented to us with considerable fanfare, fully serviced and valeted, with new front tyres and perhaps most importantly, a very cute Honda teddy bear for our newborn grandson!
